The story behind

A provider prepping for a visit reads the same things every time: the last few notes, the most recent lab, the intake form. Pulling them together by hand is slow, and it is the part everyone rushes when the schedule is full.

We built the generator to do the reading, not the deciding. It compiles the five most recent notes, the latest completed lab, and the latest intake into one document, freezes a copy of what it used, and shows the provider the sources it pulled from and the ones that were not on file. The provider still runs the visit.

Does it make clinical decisions?

No. It compiles and drafts. The provider reads the sources it names and decides.

What if a patient has no lab or intake on file?

It tells you. The insight shows which sources it used and which were missing, instead of filling the gap with a guess.

Why is this anonymized?
