The founder
Alex Pavlov, Founder and CEO
Alex runs HighCraft.io from Kyiv and architects the systems himself. Eleven years building software. Before HighCraft.io he led a FinTech engineering team at a Big Four firm, with earlier time around eToro and 3M. The stack he reaches for: .NET, Azure, Stripe, React, and whatever the workflow actually needs.
On Upwork the agency holds Top Rated status and a 100 percent Job Success Score, earned one delivery at a time. He runs a senior team and stays in the client conversation from the first call to the release, so the person who scoped your system is the person accountable for it.
