Build with AI.
Ship with confidence.
From a four-week prototype to a production platform, we engineer the part of your workflow that off-the-shelf tools cannot fit. Senior team, normal sprint cadence, no technical mess left behind.
Speed is the advantage. A senior team is the insurance.
Real work outgrows off-the-shelf tools, and a staffing shop cannot spec what it has never built. We close the gap between the idea and the build, then ship the software that actually fits your process.

What we build
Eight ways we help, from a fixed-scope prototype to a production platform you can hand to your team.
How can we help you?
Pick the entry point that fits where you are. They all lead to the same place: software that works in production.
Prove the build before you fund it
The AI Prototype Sprint turns a blurry workflow into a working prototype, a delivery plan, and a build estimate in four weeks. It is the cheapest way to find the edge case nobody mentioned.

Built for operators whose work outgrew the tool
Healthcare leads, because that is where our strongest shipped evidence sits. SaaS and expert-led businesses follow.

A Stripe billing system that holds every payment state, dispute included
Problem: Card, ACH, refunds, and disputes created billing edge cases a simple invoice tool could not hold.
Built: A Stripe Connect billing workflow with an invoice state machine: draft, sent, unpaid, partially paid, refunded, voided, disputed, every state handled.
Result: Fewer manual billing checks and an audit-safe payment flow.
AI that turns lab PDFs into a summary the provider signs off
Problem: Patients received lab PDFs full of values and jargon they could not act on.
Built: AI-assisted intake reads the PDFs and drafts plain-language summaries a provider reviews and signs off before the visit.
Result: Drafts in, provider signs off, no jargon dump on the patient.
A HIPAA-aligned EMR clinicians use during the visit, not after
Problem: Providers needed patient context during care, not buried in a system they opened afterward.
Built: A HIPAA-aligned EMR and patient portal with profile, visit data, notes, and clinical workflow, built under real regulatory scrutiny.
Result: Intake to clinical workflow to billing, on a normal sprint cadence.
AI that turns a submitted intake into a provider brief, in the background
Problem: A finished intake form is still a wall of answers a provider reads cold before the visit.
Built: A background pass that turns the submitted form into a short brief: an intake summary, a readiness read, a red-flags safety review, and initial considerations.
Result: The patient submits, the brief is ready before the provider opens the chart.
AI that preps the next visit from the whole record, not a blank page
Problem: Prepping a visit meant re-reading scattered notes, the last lab, and the intake by hand.
Built: An insight generator that compiles the recent chart notes, the latest lab, and the latest intake into one clinician document, and tells you which sources it used.
Result: Visit prep that cites its sources, including the ones missing.
Patient intake captured once, reused everywhere, no re-entry
Problem: Patients and staff re-entered the same information across five disconnected systems.
Built: A structured intake workflow that captures data once with validation and reusable fields, then feeds it everywhere it is needed.
Result: One form, clean data before the visit, no re-entry.
A scheduler that holds the slot while the payment clears
Problem: A patient could pick a slot, start payment, and lose it to someone else mid-checkout.
Built: Public booking on a provider's weekly availability, in the patient's timezone, with a timed hold that reserves the slot while Stripe checkout completes.
Result: No double-bookings, no slots lost to an abandoned checkout.
A page builder that will not publish a half-finished profile
Problem: Practitioners needed a public page they could edit themselves, without shipping a broken one.
Built: A block-based page builder: intro, bio, video, symptoms, FAQ, and booking blocks, per language, with a draft and a publish step that validates before it goes live.
Result: Self-serve pages, with a gate that blocks an incomplete publish.
